- Follow all protocols for in-person appointments mandated by the state at the time of the showing.
- Provide sellers with a list of safety protocols based on state and county guidelines.
- Create a plan with the seller for preparing the home for in-person showings and disinfecting between showings or at the end of the day.
Require the use of the safety protocols when engaging with the public.
- Practice strict social distancing guidelines assuring 6’ separation.
- Wear a mask and request their clients to do the same.
- Use hand sanitizer and gloves and provide them for my client.
- Provide hand sanitizer, gloves, and booties at each listing for use with all in-person showings.
- Incorporate video, virtual home tours, 3-D virtual home tours, virtual live open house events, professional photography and more for 24-hour access for all homebuyers.
- Limit in-person contact with clients by incorporating virtual meetings, including Listing Presentations and Buyer Consultations.
